The Elements
The location of each building site has been carefully selected to maximize the potential of each individual lot and the enjoyment of the water features that characterize all lots. To reflect the unique quality of its landscape, each lot has been named using one of the five Elements: Water, Fire, Earth, Air and Wood. Every single one stands alone in its own individuality, yet is part of a master plan conceived to respect and improve the ecological balance of this beautiful valley.

Water: view from building site
Wood: zen bridge over stream
Fire: looking north
Two of the lots enjoy private creek frontage and the whole property is set in a green environment extremely rare in this part of Arizona. Utilities are available at each building envelope, and access to each property is gained through automated gates. Roads have been constructed in crushed granite and particular care has been taken to make sure that the property has proper drainage. Existing overhead electrical lines have been buried underground.
